how long is a piece of string?
Which muscle tech products you referring to?
I have hear that ON is good stuff... But you will probably find that the local brands will give you just about the same results, for half the price.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Not in my view.

You pay R130/kilo and you get 50grams of protein in a serving of 334gram. Thats only 14% protein.

You also get 20grams of sugers in - almost half of the amount of protein?! And thats excluding all the other stuff that I have no idea what they're suppose to be except long Latin names.

You will definately gain weight allright - around your middle!

I must also add that it depends what you are doin - if you are a rugby player you might want more sugers but I would not use it.

You can get Muscletech celltech 3.2kg(creatine) for r900 from springbok pharmacy.I mean its not that! much a local product like Biogen creatine 1kg! you buy for r330 from dischem.I think alot of people oversee looking at the size of the product dumb as that sound.

Optimum 100% Gold protein 3kg goes for r550 which is abit pricy if compared to USN,Evox,biogen.

Im giving ON and muscletech a try just to see if I notice a difference.

can i just offer u a word of advice,taking supplements when your diet is shit(which yours is) is not gonna give u the results u are looking for,they are to supplement whole food hence the reason they are called SUPPLEMENTS.. u are looking for miracles when the only miracle u need is a proper diet dude,u dont need fancy shit like muscle tech, granted ON whey is the best tasting whey but for the price u can get more out of the SSN range or even LSJ's range,it seems u have more money to spend on supps than u need,rather spend it on whole food and a good diet.

@Dj

I did take what you had to say about my shitty diet to heart and thats why I`m trying my best to adapt my diet with the limited knowledge I have about dieting and picking up from everyone as I go along.Trial and error I will keep changing it till it works for me.

Im not saying NOW that Sa supps is the reason im not putting on weight but I am trying celltech because of a family member that had great results with it and paying 3kg for r900 isnt all that bad.

well if u need a custom diet that will get u results without any fancy ass products then email me,alot of the guys can pay testoment that i dont rely on supplements,whey protein is essenitial as it makes dieting easier to stick to as u dont get sick of the same boring old thing but u need to get calories down from proper food like eggs,chicken,fish,redmeat, decent quality carbs and fats. rather save your money,get a diet from me and u will see how things really should be dude,i take the guess work out of it all and all u have to do is weight your food and cook and eat,i tell u when to eat,what to eat and the correct amount to eat.
