SUPPLEMENT ADVICE was created by Hustler
Hi,

Stats:

Age : 25
Weight: 88kg
BF : 14%
Foundation : ON Gold 100% Whey & Generic Multi-Vitamin, L-Glutamine; and SSA Cissus (have no idea why im taking that though)
I train 4 times a week (Training on-off for 5 years)

I got a bit of fat round the stomach and want to lose it! and a want to pick up a lot of lean muscle asap

I got R5000.00 to spend on supplements (roids, maybe after a while as I've only been back at the gym recently)

Can someone advise me on what supplements I need.

I was thinking the following:

*Animal Pak (twice a day)
*ON 100% Gold
*L-Glutamine (not sure on the brand)
*BSN Cell Mass as my creatine

Then I was thinking of Halo 7. or something from Anabolic Extreme. Can anyone recommend their products? I want lean mass and something that wont attack my hairline!

Also, should I take a fat burner?

Any advice on supplements would be appreciated!

Hi Hustler
Your supps sound solid to me.
Basically same as mine.

Just 2 questions?
Would you mind posting your diet?
Have you used gear before?

(Welcome here ;)

Nice avatar,
Agree with LSJ, the guys are gonna have to see your diet. No supplement in the world is gonna help if your diet isn't right.
You also do not mention any cardio.

Steun en kreun, en poep selfs as jy moet, maar moenie toelaat dat die yster jou onderkry.

My diet is decent. Not great.

It is usually something like this: Wake up Protein shake & vite's. Hour and a half later I have My Protein oats, lunch time usally a tuna sandwich or something like that with a some kinda fruit. about 3ish, I usually have something else maybe protein bar or fruit salad and a protein shake. then gym @5. then another protein shake right after. then dinner. which can be anything, fish chicken, steak with starch and veggies. then a protein shake before bed.

hope this helps! thx!

I apologize for hi-jacking your thread. One of my friends is one of SA's top body builders and you'd be surprised on how little supps these guys take. Basically it's whey, creatine (but not before contests), BCAA's and EFAs (and obviously some kind of pre workout booster eg. Nano Vapor or Superpump 250 for a extra boost when training). I was astonished and when I asked why so little supps I was told that it's all in the diet.

The point I'm actually trying to make is that we all want to cure the problem of size and body fat with supps or AAS without doing the hard graft of eating right first.

Your point is 100% valid. However, I dont see where I fail on "hard graft". But I catch your flow nevertheless. Eating is something I will put more effort into, and although I've already taken AAS (long time ago) I feel like I can gain some more lean mass without them., but by using a test-booster.

As I said my foundation is whey and glutamine, and what I can gather from you is that I'm missing the the BCAA's and EFA's?

It was more of a general statement and not directed at anyone. I'm just as guilty as the next guy. My point is we need to shift the emphasis to whole foods and use supplements for what they were designed to, to be used to supplement our diet as to where we fall short.

You're the same age as me, same weight, and about the same BF%.

I have 6 meals a day, plus pre and post workout shakes, and another shake before bed, along with a little cottage sneeze.

You honestly don't need to supplement so much, everything you need to grow is in whole foods, just make sure you eat enough, and that its the right foods.

Before spending huge amounts of roubles on animal paks etc, i would mail DJeasye for a diet, he charges, but it really works. EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED
