Newbie seeking advice? was created by Pikie001
Hey Guys
I am a Newbie to using Gear and have a few friends that use but am a little unsure of what to use and how long a cycle to go on as its a first time don't have any issues getting gear? Can anyone help with a good first cycle and maybe point me in the right direction for a work out program as what i am doing now isn't growing me any further?

Hi Dodge and thanks, I am currently at 96kg, 28 years old, Diet is a bit tricky Breakfast is a whey protein shake 8 egg whites 2 cups of oats and
a cup of black coffee+ vitamin supplement, lunch is 500g of pasta 8 slices of white bread a protein shake and 200g of veggies snack on biltong in between, dinner is either 4 chicken breasts or 450g of lean steak or lamb chops 2 cooked cups of rice or pasta, creatine shake and 200g of veggies, and a glass of coke.
I was on usn sup's but have now changed to muscle science whey protein and still use usn creatine and somtimes Anabolic stack (it helps with a small portion of power). I was never into growing all that much but have now started for rugby and so on and need to bulk seriously been going at it hard and saw good growth in the first 2 years but have spent a year steady at 96kg while friends started going into cycles and shot ahead by miles.

u are not eating enough of the correct types of food...3-4 meals a day wont cut it either...u need to up that to 6-8 meals where u have protein in everyone of those meals..

Should it be smaller meals or the same size just a'lot more protein and 6-8 at a day for max bulk, does coke screw with the rest as i am obviously not smart there considering your reply?

coke is not a good idea to be honest... change your food types aswell...bread is not good unless u wanna add on fat before quality muscle... substitiute this for brown rice, basmati rice, potato or sweet potato... if u want a correct eating plan where u will gain u can email me but i do charge for customized diets...
