I used evox(Ssshiittee) really did not work for me and bloated me terribly, not to keen on usn either.

Have used ms grow ex as well as ms anabolic.
found the anabolic works better for gaining but it goes alot quicker as you are using more of it daily mate!!

Thanks Ace, I am limited, I stay in george in the Southen Cape, supps and gear you basically take what you can get, I travel do jhb and cape town now and again then i can get what i want, but it is a bit far to travel just for whey protein. am basically limited to usn and muscle sciense, eas now and again end evox.

im on evox now but not liking it due it making me feel bloated and full of wind mate.

yeh evox and me do not get along,

Starting my next bulking cycle monday. Will give some anabolic a try, abit wary of the high carb content but i suppose i can limit it in other areas.

I went from Ms Grow Extreme to Evox.

I prefer Evox, the MS didnt tast to good and gave me bloating?

In george, ms grow extreme R399.00 , i bought a tub in jhb boksburg dis chem for R325.00 in april when i went up.

It is pricey down here, anabolic is around R380.00

sounds about right mate.
think i pay 325 at springbok phy at the moment.
evox does taste better if a little bit sweet.
but the ms strawberry is sweet too but not as.

The MS Grow is working well for me, started it about 3 weeks ago.
The taste is also GREAT! I do combine it with Whey though.

Funny enough, i found Dischem to be the CHEAPEST!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Yeah, thats why..
MS Grow is not that high in protein, so i combine with with they whey to up the protein, but not up the carbs too much.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

i enjoy grow, what is the average carb content you guys consume a day on your average bulking cycle

My last couple of cycles I picked up quite a bit of fat aswell, think it is mostly all the carbs I grace when bulking.

Michael beware of MS grow it is loaded with simple carbs bra (sugars), unless you are very ectomorphic and can burn up these ecxess calories no prob but if you picking up bodyfat i suppose you could be endo or meso with endo tendencies. Throw in some whey and cut your serving size in half you will get a more quality gain.

Just My 2 cents worth.
Muscle Science Grow xtreme beats most hands down! tastes excellent and most importantly mixes with a spoon!!! compared to USN where you need 20min and a blender to get it smooth.
