I have been recommended to use USN but not keen. Don't like there stuff, what other makes are good and cost affective?

Im with DJ,get some WAR whey. Very cheap and tastes great if you get the flavoured ones. If you want to be even cheaper then get thier RAW whey,its unflavoured but taste quite decent still and it is dirt cheap!!!

Whatever you get,just stay far away from USN. AKA- Ultimate Shit Nutrition

War have a special on glutamine at the moment,oh and creatine the glutamine is 90.00 and the creatine is 70.00 for 55 servings.hey also have Reload its a plain waxy maize great for post workout and carb loading..

Yeah the WAR whey is far superior to EVOX shite! it gave me hectic gas and bloatedness (synergy whey) zero synergy not even a pure whey, sorry i dont like EVOX!

I've been on SPS iso pro and SPS ultra protein don't know how it fairs in cost against the others but it seems to work great....then again it is a brand war out there and i guess you will eventually resort to stick with the product that seems to work for you, happy hunting:)

never had any problems with Evox 5XL, but i'll agree with the fact that it gives you hectic gas... I use it cause its the only one that is sugar FREE, so if anyone knows if there is an alternate (SUGAR FREE) to Evox 5XL... i'm all ears

This thing that USN is kuk, is it not just re hashed posts because everyone says it?? or is it FACTUALLY true? The reason i ask is cause when i started gym i weighed 65kg (very hard gainer), three months later after gymming hectically and taking USN muscle fuel mass, i put on 12kgs... So just asking

happyraven,i say USN is kak because i have taken it,my friends have taken it and it does next to nothing. I truely feel that it is a waste of money!!

WAR raw whey is sugar free too man. and it is cheap cheap and doesn't taste bad at all. to be honest i prefer it over the vanilla flavoured war whey that i am using now. With regards to gas etc i did find that initially the whey did give me some gas but that has all gone now and im halfway through my tub.

All the war protein accept the raw use a sucralose sweetener,i find that using whey and adding in my carbs eg oats,whole wheat flower if im looking for a mass building shake works pretty well for me.The thing with some product is that they use maltodextrin ,and or dextrose as fillers to get the carbs upin the shake.
