The problem is that you are going to lose muslce mass with fatburners.
I think, keep your Glutamine levels high, to try counter act the muscle loss a bit.
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

im trying to lose weight fast whilst building some muscle.
i eat properly (i think), low carbs, more protein, water and essential fats
need to lose 7kgs and of fat and put on some more muscle.
will creatine help me for this goal or will it just put on mass rather than LEAN MUSCLE. DO I NEED TO LIFT WEIGHTS OR IS ANAEROBIC EXERCISES ENOUGH ie boxing/grappling?

Reason I'm asking is cause I was also into mixed arts and just a bit lighter than you (85kg).
Gymed 5 days of the week, trained 2 hours 4 days martial arts - comps on Sat and somehow managed to play rugby as well. Ate like 5 pigs - big ones!!
What do you want to achieve? Stronger? Faster? You know there is a tradeoff between them?
What DJ said is true - ur diet is not up there at all.
Just to give an idea - On a normal day I would work trough
-3 servings of whey protein
-15 eggs
-3 big helpings of fruit/salad
-cottage cheese/joghurt
-1/3 full grain seed loaf of bread
-3 chicken breasts
-200/300gram of red meat
-6 tins of tuna
This is by no means a supr diet but point I'm tryng to make is that compare this to urs and take into account I'm 10kg lighter than you.
You should really look at your diet. But again - Why? you aiming for spec weight class?

well i do a lot of boxing and grappling training. Grappling alone WILL make you stronger.Boxing alone WILL make you faster and leaner. But my mate jerremy is top rank at MMA in sa at the moment and he does a LOT of power lifting now. squats deadlifts heavy benches .... dude but seriously GET ON JUICE. if you doing mma in sa you got fuk all to worry about testing. wanna lose weight and keep size? ok diet is the most important but you should be really wacking clen.
bro some people want to keep their natural status for a long time, rather focus on the diet and training first of all and then once u have really gotten what u want then look at juice...

you prolly right all im saying the SA MMA fighters are all on juice, they dont get tested full stop. If you doing MMA on a comeptitive level i doubt you will go far without juice. @ Novice the clen cardio sides vary. I have never had cramps or lowered cardio performance on it.. i suppose if you try it wont hurt you. time your skipping bag work and pad work on clen and off clen and if it does make you less fit then dont use it.
