ECDYSTERONE REVIEW AND EFFICIENCY

hi guys
i recently bought the ecdystorene tablets , the nutritech brand
how is this product for bulking? and how many tablets a day should i take
should i take it on non training days as well?
im 22 years old and weigh 49kgs
please advise if you took this before and the results
aim is to build muscle and gain weight

The first problem is that youre relying on a pill to gain weight. Youre 22 and weigh 49kgs. Your priority should be to eat more not take same pill and waste your money.

waste of money! buy food, eat and train! You young, metabolism must be fast, keep at it, you will grow. I was a skinny 56kg when i started lifting, been training on and off for + 15 years up to 87kg now...(although now I wanna loose weight, fair amount of fat around my belly...lol)

Only thing I noticed with ecdysterone was increased appetite.
If it has the same effect on you it will only help you eat more. At 49kg the only answer is lots of food

Don't take less than 5mg per Kg of Body Weight.

I have good results on 800mg a day so 400mg mornings with a protein rich meal and 400mg with my post workout meal also lots of protein.

Ecdysterone will do absolutely nothing.

Hi Guys.

Lallie went on Ecdysterone from Nutritech for 12 weeks. She used 600mg 3 capsules split evenly throughout the day. She was eating 1400 calories on non training days and 1600 on training days so she was on a deficit what happened amazed me. Bear in mind she has only been training on and of for a year now. Also she can not follow a traditional weight training routine because she has two compression fractured vertebrae in her back and I always get the routines approved first by her specialist.

Her lifts basically doubled but not over night only in the last 4 weeks and I really focused her on clean lean protein and quality low GI carbs. Her incline dumbbell press was 2kg in a hand when she started we do 15;12;10;8 reps she now does 8kg in a hand easy. Horizontal legg press she started ou at 40kg and she is now handling more than her body weight slow and controlled reps proper form.

Her delts got nice and round and her calves popped a little when she walks you van see that v at the bottom her belly flattened and tightened up and the rest of her physique just became harder. She enjoyed it.

She is 1.73m and started at 80kg she now weighs 64kg and is looking to lean bulk with her Ostarine. She was going to do the RaD but the 10mg scares her.

We both have been surprised by Ecdysterone.

I only see results at 600-800mg a day though. I recover faster when on it.

Ecdysterone is way too expensive for the little benefit. Rather up your calories and protein! Eat big and train Hard!
