Home made Raw Whey Protein Powder

Has anyone tried to make there own Whey Protein Powder?...

I got some 5l of Raw Whey from some neighbours who make Feta Cheese from Goat Milk.

Must say the smell OMW, I looked on the web for ways of drying it out to powder and I will test the most easiest and cost effective process...
The process some guys use to dry whey is some big scale stuff ( spraying it through a very fine nozzle in a room at 59⁰C or Rolling it on a hot drum and scraping off. )

Will start reduction tomorrow and keep you guys updated as to how much I get out of 5l.

Please share your views if you know about manufacturing process...

Well Yes very disappointing....

I got roughly 250g of raw whey powder out of 5l of raw whey liquid, reduction took about 3 hours to complete. Only positive outcome of this is probably that this is 99% pure whey and it smells like a sweet cheese....
