Best product for digestive health?

Hi all,

Lately I've been feeling extremely bloated and full for ages after eating, up until my next meal 2 / 3 hours later.

I've never taken any type of probiotics or digestive enzymes and am not sure which products are reputable.

Anybody here use anything like this? What's best to assist digestion and gut health?

I take the GNC super digestive enzymes, I find it helps with digestion or at least minimize the bloating that I get after a big meal.
