Pro V Guard

Hi All,

Would you say that Pro V Guard will be sufficient enough as a multi vitamin/mineral supplement? I get the flu/sinus very often and started taking Biogen's Anti Allergy Pro, and I have felt a great boost in my immune system, but it is almost as if my body is getting used to it.
