Good Nutural Test Boosters Post PCT?

Hi Guys.

I would like to know is there any good natural testosterone boosters worth using? Also eould it be best to use them after PCT or during PCT?

Is Long Jack( Eurycoma Longifolia) any good worth a shot?
Is Avenacosides( A & B ) any good worth a shot?
3 Products I am cinsidering and would really like to hear your views and opinions?

2. Evox Testo GH
3. USN 17 Tesomethox

Just going from memory, if you would have to make from scratch the best combo would be:
D-Aspartic Acid, longifolia jack, fenugreek extract and Tribulus testes. I'll check latest research later to see if things have changed because I get asked this often I always brush it off, but it is a legitimate question.

Do Rooi, you want to use it post PCT to restore natural levels faster? DAA might work for that alone, but I'll get back to you.

In the background things that can help and very cool for general health is: Vit D, Zinc (controversy lol) and ginger extract.
There are possible candidates like all the herbals I always forget the names of, stinging nettle, hibiscus "something" and the rest I probably can't even pronounce properly. I'll report back

Yeah I am planning a long oral cycle 12weeks at very low dose once my Body Fat is low enough 15-12%.

As you know I have suffered from very Low T in the past. So I might get suppressed easily. I want to do it post PCT to get back up to as high as I can as fast as possible. Out of the three supplements I mention seems the only missing component is DAA so I will just get a tub of that.

I have read good things about Avena Sativa ( Avenacosides )
And about Stinging Netlle and Long Jack and DAA the rest is apparently a waste?

DHEA: also works apparently.
Horny goat weed: Theoretically it should work because it works on rats.
Coleus forskohlii: Variable raise of T
L-DOPA: No research, but keep an eye on this one. It will help with libido though.
Also do you eat enough red meat? If you don't, take iron supplements.

My planned PCT for that Cycle looks like this.
2 Days after my last dose of orals I will Pin HCG 5000iu as per PCT 2 one day after that I will start Clomid @ 100mg a day for 14 days but thinking of extending to 28?
Nolvadex 20mg a day for 30 days.
Nolvadex and Aromasin 20mg of each a day for 30 days.

I think that will do for a decent PCT?
Then follow that up with 6weeks of Natural Test Booster?
I am leaning to Evox Testo hgh.

For sure you won't need so much Aromasin. Especially on a short oral cycle. Am I missing something? If you keep deterring estrogen your health will suffer. AI perhaps on hand during cycle and when you stabbing hCG, but other than that I don't think you're going to get a Est rebound that hard, especially for continous use.


I haven't looked at those products yer mate sorry. One last tip, if a supp says it boosts libido, that doesn't imply testosterone. I mention that because a lot of "test boosters" are libido boosters. Kk bye.

Hey Bul, I'll have a look around and try to find the best natural Test booster in my opinion and add it to your list for comparison. Sorry for the misunderstanding above. I think your aim and goals are very different to the typical "yolo orals only d-bol cycle".

If I may ask:
Why did you choose these 3 specifically? I know you've used Universal in the past, but it'll be more expensive than the rest. Did you feel different on the product?
Once again I want to ask about the AI in PCT, if my understanding is wrong forgive me, but that will be overkill.

Hi Furk.

No particular reason for favouring N1 T it was just the first product I came across when researching Avenacosides. So a product like the three listed with Long Jack, Avenacosides and Tribulus will definitely make a differince. I know Tribulus is overrated but rather have it with the other two than not.

As said previously I am leaning more towards the Evox but not counting USN out. You guys know I favour Universal and USN products. But even I can not deny the pprice of Evox and for the amount of the recquired ingredients in their product I think they deserve a shot. I can always do a cycle Evix Post PCT and one USN after that.

As for the Aromasin in PCT. When I was recovering from my diagnosed Low T with PCT I just found and with the help of blood tests done on myself over three PCTs that doing extended PCT like that and doing the last 4weeks with Nolva and Aromasin got me the best results. I did my last PCT to recover to like I said almost out of Ampath and Lancet's high natural T range by doing HCG 500 IU EOD then one day off then Clomid 100mg per day for 14 days then Nolva for 30 days and then Nolva and Aromsain for 30 days. All my Serms and AI taken pre bed. HCG shots also pre bed. Was just contemplating on extending Clomid to 28days? Was hoping MA could give me his guidance there.

I know that to you this might look like overkill for a pct afterr a 12 week oral cycle. But I am going to be honest ever since I mentioned doing this cycle in my Rooi Bul's official thread and you, Oupa and Pyro commented on it. I have bee shit scared of it shutting me down and me struggling to get my Natural T levels up again. I cannot explain to you how scared I was that day when the docter told me back in 2012 that my Testosterone levels are way lower than a normal guy my age should have and that I might not recover at all. I am actually scared of running Just Anavar and Proviron. Let alone my planed Proviron. Anavar and Winstrol and Yohimbine Cycle.

Avena Sativa: Skeptical about this one. There are many places that claim T benefit, but I can't get hold of papers that satisfy me enough to recommend it. If it's in the product anyway, ok cool. But I don't think you need to limit yourself to only products that contain it.

My issues with test boosters (and most blended supps) is they do not disclose exactly how much of each ingredient is used. They might give the amount per "proprietary blend" or "matrix" but not individuals. This is important because most ingredients have a minimum recommended dose to obtain benefit.

I honestly don't know why DAA isn't a common ingredient in test boosters, yet you find it in some pre-workouts.

I can remmber MHP T-bomb has a fuck ton of ingredients in, but it's like R900 a bottle. I honestly can't place one product on the pedestal. IMHO get the USN or Evox and add in 4g DAA daily.

Regarding you PCT for the cycle. Maybe one of our seniors can verify. I think I understand it now.

Your cycle: Why winstrol and anavar instead of bigger dose of a single steroid? I remember I proposed this exact cycle here a few years ago as my prospective first cycle. I ended up doing Var, Prov, albuterol and T3. But yeah, Winstrol is completely different to Var even though they are used for the same goals.

Thanks for the info and input. I wil go with Evox First six weeks post PCT. Then do a review. Then six weeks after that I will do USN 17 Testo methox and do a review on that. I will add in DAA I will pick up a tub at Dischem. I only buy from Dischem it is the only reliale and decent sup shop where I stay. Was considering buying from supplementworld.co.za unless you can sugest a lekker cheap reliable shop even online. Where Can I get some of that MHP-T Bomb?

DAA: Even try bssa.biz, depending on where you stay it might take long + delivery, so weight your options I guess. I didn't know Dis-chem sels DAA, is it Biogen?

MHP T-tomb: Dude I'm not familiar with the effectiveness of all the ingredients, so I can't back it. Also, it has a lot of libido boosters and prostate care, so it's not just for test production. I'm not keen to see you waste almost 1K on something sub-par/ something you don't need. Either way, seen it at dischem.



And if you have time do a log of your cycle, I'm keen to see what the Var + Winny will do.

Will do a log just want to get my Body Fat ass low as possible first. But that gives me time to sort my PCT out and the POST PCT T Boosters.

So I went trough my cupboard and found a sealed Tin of Animal STAK it is not yet expired so going to use that Post PCT I know it is not the best or optimal but hey I have it so I am going to run it preps bed after my PCT.
