Hay guys , just wanted to know by some of the nutrition experts what is the purist form of protein and value for money between supplements SA and nutritech whey?

Both are 100 serving containers and the supplements SA is R50 cheaper

I have used a crapload of both. Both are good products but Nutritech tastes much better and is worth few bucks extra imo.

Where are you getting prices from DK?

I've used both as well. Both pretty good. To me, Nutritech feels cleaner. But if Sup SA whey is much cheaper I'd choose it over Nutritech

Still prefer Nutritech as the texture and flavor is excellent. Also uses sucralose as sweetener.

What I don't like about muscle works is its higher in sugary carbs but it's ok now as I'm on the igf so not a train smash
