I know BSSA sells for R80. (500g)

But not sure how long delivery takes and if they have stock. Emailed them and didn't get a reply. So never bothered to order.

Not a big fan of USN myself. Wont use any of the protein they make. But come on, if it says Monohydrate, surely they'll put monohydrate in there. I mean, what else?

Fillers are still cheaper than Creatine (or anything else).

You know I picked up a bottle of creatine hcl by USN. . I now have not used creatine in a few years, but I can tell you it is working like magic, exactly as I expect creatine to work.. the hcl doesn't raise my blood pressure either

I know. I works great. I've used it for just under 2 years. The only reason I switched to Nutritch HCL is because of servings per container. For the same price you get 20 caps more. Which makes it perfect for taking on weekends.

Overall not a fan of USN but they do actually have all the lab results on their site from the Whey's. The 100% whey does taste like shit though.

Any Creatine shouldn't raise blood pressure bud.

ill send you a link as to where these claims are shown to be false.. whey contained almost 13g less per serving then what they claimed.

Monohydrate puts strain on my kidneys and sky rockets my blood pressure

Creatine will put strain on your kidneys if they are struggling but not if healthy. Any idea why specifically the Monohydrate does that but not the HCL? Almost every study worth reading on Creatine was done with Monohydrate except the ones comparing the different attachments.

Well as we all know, don't take creatine if you have kidney problems or high blood pressure.. Kidneys have a direct effect on blood pressure, creatine will and does put strain on even the most healthy kidneys if abused. The water retention I get from Monohydrate I believe is the factor as I don't experience this on CEE or HCL, the only thing I guess I can pin this down to is absorption

Hey bro, had another heart surgery in December.. But health is good now, blood pressure controlled, heart is beating nice and strong. My doctor said I will have no problem using steroids again. I'm actually trying for a kid, getting in touch with the Doc for some assistance, if it takes much longer for her to fall pregnant I'll pay for artificial insemination. But it's been a good 9 months clean. When I go on cycle again I probably won't ever stop from there bar to give my body a break from increased RBC

That's scary stuff. Mid last year I ended up in icu for an angiogram. Blood pressure was insane. Angiogram was clean though. But was all just heavy stress. Ever since I put those demons to bed and my fist to a certain fuckers face I am totally fine. BP dropped that I don't even take meds anymore. Stress and emotional issues can kill....literally

Glad u good bro. Good luck with the rug rat

Hectic bro.. ja lifestyle contributes to allot of the problem.. my problem was lucky a easy fix and it was just a reentry loop.

Glad you doing better bro.. ja when I go over seas for holidays I can just about stop all my BP med.

Maybe I need to retire soon ;)
