Whats your advice on expired whey ? would you use it or not ?

I have been told that whey is good for about a year after the expiry date on the packaging provided its kept in a cool and dry place etc.

It's good to use.

The expiry date seen on the goods are usually way before the actual date. They do it like this to avoid products spoiling earlier than the indicated date.

If it was kept out of sunlight and the package is still air sealed then you will be okay.
