Im new here. Hope I can get some help
Im 20 years old 186cm and 99kg. I've been training a while BUT I don't see results.
So I tried some fat burners etc and all makes me feel like I want to die. I suffer from anxiety attacks so im a bit cooked in the head
What can anyone suggest I use to lose weight and gain some muscle.
Im scared to use steroids so any supplement suggestions wil be appreciated. ?

But at 20 years old I can guarantee your diet is it up shit :pinch:
Supplements or steroids will never overpower a bad diet bud, hence your lack of gains and progress.

How long is "a while"?

Well yeah most fat burners speed up metabolism and heart rate so for someone with anxiety issues it's going to compound the problem thus stay away from them. Besides, correct diet will produce fatloss more than anything else.

Yes, don't touch steroids for at least two more years while you learn about nutrition and exercise.
As for supplements you likely don't need any of those either. Maybe a decent whey powder to help you hit protein requirements.

Post your diet and your training regimen. As he said probably all up to shit.
Lastly, apart from being too young, anyone afflicted with any sort of anxiety, depression or other related CNS conditions should not even contemplate doing gear. So your fears are are indeed valid.
The potential to get seriously out of whack is very high and very real. To add insult to injury, any medical intervention/treatments may NOT be covered by your medical aid. Recovery could be months and costs could be debilitating.
As for supps. Be very careful what you take. Many of them are contraindicated if currently in any meds for said conditions.
Discuss with your Pscych or GP.

What is your BF%. What are the amounts of the food you're eating. Calories?
Your training. You say Chest Bicep and back? What about tri's shoulders etc. What type of training ate you doing? Supersets, dropsets, heavy, light. Train to failure etc etc.
I think the problem is that your training is inadequate.
Post ALL the details, warts and all. Only then can we help.
