Wrong Product was created by firebladeash
Hi all.
Not sure if I bought the wrong product.
I have started training again and bought the Optinum Nutrition Creatine that I'm taking daily, and this works just fine and can see some results.
I have then now bought Evox formidable mass but now after some careful reading it seems like this product will also make you fat but also gain some muscle.
Just a bit scared of gaining more weight.I'm 1.9 tall and weigh 112kg's.
After some more reading I see Evox do have the 100% whey protein and seems like this will not make you put on extra weight and this might be the better product to use with Creatine.
I do want to gain muscle but not extra weight (fat) but will be happy with muscle weight.
Please can you guys point me in the right direction.
Thanks

Hi oupa,
I have no idea what my calorie intake is on a daily basis.
I drink my creatine on my way to the gym in the morning. When I get to work I have my Future Life Protein and then I have my 4 scoops of Evox formidable mass shake.Lunch time I will have a salad with chicken and at about 14:00 I will have another shake. The Evox is the 2KG tub but I presume it won't matter to finish this and rather buy the Evox 100% whey protein.

It is difficult to answer you..... there is so much more to gaining muscle without fat. Its about a combination of diet, training and nutrition.
