I can add that having knowledgable staff on supplements, diet and gear, will separate you from the rest, even if you have similar products to other competitors...

For me it's all about service, and dealing with people who actually know what they talking about, Ill even support them if they slightly more expensive just based on the service aspect vs some bullshit story to make a sale

@ RVP to answer the starting question in the wider centurion area you are looking at 2 dischem where the one in centurion mall is the top selling dischem in gauteng in regards to supplements and there are 3 smaller independent shops next to planet fitness mega gate and a chrome shop as well as a local school crossfit gym .. thats not even mentioning all the mr price sports etc .. in the past ive also thought of also opening a store but the competition here is just to stiff the only real place that makes sense may be in eco boulevard or irene mall as these malls dont have any supp stores and they are all surrounded by huge estates etc etc .. just my 2cents
