Hi, I was thinking of using gaspari size on and super-pump, but I want to know is it better to use them together or on 2 seperate occasions..
And also how do your'll rate gaspari.. Tanx

I rate them pretty high in terms of product and performance but no way in hell does that justify the rediculous price!

Really good quality products but I agree there are cheaper options like oats and raisins pre workout and vitargo with whey post workout

I bought the AminoLast BCAA from Gaspari. Works really well...just swopped to it after using Evox BCAA stack. Quite expensive but worth it..

I used it many years ago.. Honestly have nothing good to say about them. When I used it, it gave me the shits :ohmy:
Stopped it for a while, then tried it again and same story..Continued using it though but never gave me the same results as BSN.

I've only used superpump in single servings and found that the older superpump 250 was better.

Yes, it's rather ridiculous and no wonder steroids are more popular than ever. Not only does it work better but you get more value for money.
