I've been very happy with Nutritech since switching to it a few months ago.

Per 30g serving: Protein = 24g; Carb = 2g; Fat = 1g.

I still believe LION is one of the best whey products South Africa. Had the best results and their protein content is 80g/100g which I think is quite good. I think SSN is also 80g/100g but they are pricey. The regulator institutions apparently do check up now on the contents of the label, but rarely because it is very expensive. But since lying on label now gets you up to 10 years in prison, it seems to be a good deterrent at least. That is why some of the brands have dropped their protein content on their labels last year.
