the only advice i can give regarding supps is to get a whey protein, first thing in the moring and after training, cause its a fast digesting protein..as the guys said pills also important but dont waste your money on test boosters pre work-outs carb loaders etc..
ask me about any kind of supp, i will give you feedback on it from ssn, muscle tech purus, mhp you name it...
Food food food, spend your money on food, it will give you the best results

dont understand me wrong i dont say you dont need supps, you just dont need every single product or name on the market..
your main source needs to be food, and a supp for a replacement meal or a pre or intra workout drink...
thanks bud good luck and take care..

Going to stick my neck out here and play devils advocate...
While food will be the basic building block for anyone seeking to change their physique, I think it would be foolish to negate the positive effects that the right supplements can play in achieving your goals. The problem with supps is in the way many of them are marketed and in the way people believe that, like steroids, they can be used as a substitute for proper training and dieting to achieve unreasonable results in a short period of time.
Currently, my regiment of supps includes a pre-workout supplement such as noxipro; bcaa stack for during my workout; whey protein and dexstrose for post workout; caseinate protein for before I sleep; some ethyl creatine and an omega 3-6-9 supplement. I also use a good multivitamin.

Martin; give noxipro a try. Must admit that I was sceptical to believe that anything could live up or exceed jack3d/muscle marinade; but i was mighty impressed with this product. main benefit is that it seems that your body builds less of a tolernce to it as I never had to exceed the dosage to get the same effect. Pump off it is pretty wicked as well, albeit not as great as the old jack3d

CTD Labs. Try Pick 'n Pay, they usually have the best price for it.
