What did you dream bud?

I dreamt that I drank gaba and had a nightmare which then turned into a nightmare! Lost my girlfriend and got shot in my old butchery :pinch:. On top of that I remember lying dead in the dream and saying to myself, so this is what death feels like... :whistle:

so this gaba stuff is herbal and available OTC? Does it work better than the usual dormicum and zolipdem? Where do I get it from or is that question frowned upon?

BTW im VERY tolerable to chemical meds so herbal stuff does jack shit for me, but willing to give gaba a shot

you cant compare gaba and dormicum. Its 2 totally different things! One is a drug that will cause addiction and take you on a "high" i used to swallow 10/20 valiums at a time. Not good. Gaba is not gonna make you drowzy and knock you out with no memory the next morning. What it will do is when you do fall off to sleep, it will get you into a really deep sleep.

I currently use GABA for sleep purposes and it grafts legend! I've been on sleeping tabs for about 6 years and needed to make a change. Last nite I started taking ZMA with it and it seems to work well together.

I started the first night with 3g and I nearly died from that tingling kak feeling so I now found that 2g is the right dosage for me.

And I haven't experienced nightmares

I get no tingling, the nightmares are gone after 2 days and its the best sleep ive had in years!

Had insomnia and I tried everything from dormicum to melatonin, i still ended up waking up after a few hours.

GABA imo is the shit, just not so sure about the gains and AMAZING STRENGTH! :woohoo:

There's no way of explaining it! It's not the same as beta alanine, it's something I would imagine that happens when heroin depravation for an addict sets in.

GABA sends up my heartrate and blood pressure, and does nothing for my sleep. I don't remember my dreams anymore.
If I keep the dosage low enough the tingling sensation is ignorable, but one or two grains over by accident and it is quite unpleasant.

Different strokes I guess....

So i got myself some SA Supplements GABA yesterday. Took a 5g dose before bed about an hour after eating. Got fokkol sleep. Got up 2 hours later, took another teaspoon dose and still got fokkol sleep. Wtf??

Only good thing it did was got rid of the night sweats from tren. lol honestly, i would've eveen appreciated some sleep along with a few nightmares

My gaba arrived in the week so started using it, but as fate would have it my scales batteries died. Desided not to be a hero and took very little- struggled to fall a sleep! Second day I desided stuff that, overdosed a little bit, got pins and needles in my face and shallow breathing, but it went away after a while. Struggled to fall asleep but when I actually nodded of I slept like a rock! Took a bit less now and again slept like a rock:blush: awesome stuff

GABBA does nothing to me anymore. I took it for ages .

If I take it , I get short of breath and sleep the same..
