Well if you could, what would your monthly supplement stack be?
Im trying to milk out as most gains as I can naturally before going on juice and I already have my cycle(test e,dbol, adex, winny, proviron, clen, ychl).
I was thinking of trying celltech and animal stak or mstak for a month or three and see what happens, I know its expensive, but i will pay almost any amount for the absolute best supplements.
So, if money was no option, what would your stack be, im talking test boosters, pre workouts, post workouts, intra workouts etc etc.
Shot looking forward to replies.

If money wasn't an issue I'd basically just stick to food! At the way food prices are going its ridiculous. This would be my "wishlist"
Whey Concentrate
Whey Isolate
Glutamine
Creatine
Dextrose
Animal Stack / M Stack or whatever its called these days.
That's basically what I'm using now anyway besides the Animal. So its basically just more food.

Dj, i see that glutec is just glutamine, taurine and vitamins c and e. I guess i am going add taurine into my stack. The cytoguard is the same as glutec but with added GDA's,BCAA's,Arginine and HMB. Also the vitargo has the same.
I think im going to spend the money and buy a bunch of raw supplements and make my own mix.
The post workout will be:
GDA's (cromium 200mcg,ALA 1g,vandyl sulphate 50mg)
BCAA's 5g
Glutamine 5g
Arginine 3g
Taurine 2g
Dextrose/Vitargo 50g
HMB (will find out about the dosage)
I will definitely post results with this. Shot for the input
How about this for a pre-workout?
5g creatine
2g taurine
5g glutamine
5g arginine
HMB
5g BCAA's
50g glucose powder
GDA(as the formula on top)
Please advise on the dosages and feel free to make suggestions if I should add anything.

If you want I can get them for u at dischem cost. Their most expensive product is the animal test which they sell for over R1200. Think his price was R800 odd and the stack and m stack was like R300 cheaper. Let me know and ill double check and hook u up if u want
I always use Animal Pak, i would only use animal m stack as I have tried it before and lOved it.
My constant supps are Fish oils, evening primrose, fiber, ala, chromium, cla, rychol, liv 52,ginkgo biloba, prostate care, reservatrol, irvinga and my Animal Pak,whey isolate.

I have used stack 2 and m stack and rate m stack higher. For a natural product brilliant maybe 8/10 I used it after pct and was on no creatine or anything and did nOtice great strength gains and a bit more fullness

Do not use Arginine and Glutamine at the same time. They both fight for the same receptor and could even cancel each other out. Use Arginine Pre workout and Glutamine Post workout.
Use Glutamine three times a day. Morning, post workout and most importantly right before bed at 6/7g each. That way you get your 20g per day.
Why not add creatine monohydate pre- and post workout at 5g?
I would add BCAA's intra workout as well. They are quickly absorbed and make sure that your muscles have access to all the protein it needs.
Add 3g beta-alanine and 2g L-Carnitine preworkout.
What's the idea with using so much glucose powder pre-workout?
Also buy all your supps raw from Ondier and make your own blend. That way you are 100% sure what you are using is pure and you wont be paying for a label.

Thanks alot for your input how about this:
PRE:
5g Creatine
5g Arginine
5g BCAA's
3g Beta-Alinine
2g L-Carnitine
2g Taurine
HMB
POST:
5g Creatine
10g Glutamine
5g BCAA's
2g Carnitine
2g Taurine
HMB
GDA's
50g Carbs*
INTRA:
15g BCAA's
30g Carbs*
The glucose pre-workout should be post sorry bud. I just thought it might be good, I know its fast absorbed-cyclists use it and its cheap, but I guess i wont use it.
* What carbs do you recommend intra and post workout?
I was thinking Vitargo intra and Dextrose post. Thanks again shot bro

Pleasure bro!gorilla wrote: Think you misread the creatine part. (You didn't have Creatine post workout so I suggested that you add it to both your pre- and post-workout.) Can you explain this glutamine and arginine receptor theory? I also heard this and told another dude on this site, but he wasnt too happy and I dont have solid proof that they do, but what I can tell you is that together they give quite a pump bro. (I think you are referring to me here. I took your suggestion seriously and tried to read up on it a bit. Really struggled to get any scientific evidence, but it does seem that all the expert's opinions agree with you.)
Thanks alot for your input how about this:
PRE:
5g Creatine
5g Arginine
5g BCAA's
3g Beta-Alinine
2g L-Carnitine
2g Taurine
HMB
(Spot on!)
POST:
5g Creatine
10g Glutamine (Maybe a bit much. I think 7g is plenty)
5g BCAA's
2g Carnitine (No Carnitine post workout)
2g Taurine
HMB
GDA's
50g Carbs*
INTRA:
15g BCAA's (max 5g you are just gonna fart it out)
30g Carbs*
The glucose pre-workout should be post sorry bud. I just thought it might be good, I know its fast absorbed-cyclists use it and its cheap, but I guess i wont use it. (I thought it was a trick you guys use while on a keto diet. Otherwise I wouldn't use it)
* What carbs do you recommend intra and post workout? (Vitargo or Dextrose)
I was thinking Vitargo intra and Dextrose post (Really doesn't matter they both do the same thing). Thanks again shot bro
