dude how long have u been training, what does ur diet look like, and what are u on at the mo, how old are you? U have to give Netro more than that to work on. Also thsi is not the stroid channel, we dont cook up recipies for you we just give advice based on what we think personally.

Do you really know that anadrol is one of the most serious & harshest roid on your body? Have u even considered a pct?
