how difficult is it to keep gains on GH? GH produces new cells right? so effectively the size you gain on GH would be permanent?
Yep. But without insulin in the mix dont expect anyhting "amazing" from GH size wise.

What do you stack with your GH Lesa?
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Here's the thing, I am sruggling to break 109kgs , with a cycle I go upto about 115 and 3months later I'm back at 109.
Will GH, on its own, help me break this "barrier"?

If you loose 6kgs worth of gains after a cycle then you arent doing the correct PCT, you arent upping your training post cycle, you arent eating more post cycle, and you arent vitamin overloading post cycle.
There is no reason, besides taking shit fake muscle compounds or being lazy, that you shouldnt keep all or 90% of your gains post cycle.
If your reason for HGH interest is this goal of 115kg then you are wasting your time, 6kgs on hgh?? Nah Ah.
A Good solid clean cycle, diet planned for on cycle and post cycle and a PCT by the book will make you achieve this add HGH if you are feeling rich and it will be that much better!

I havent used GH in years because i cant afford to do it properly and i wont take any of the kefeis or normatropin stuff. If I cant afford Humatrope or Genotropin i wont touch GH. This is just me though. I took Humatrope 2 IU ED for 3 months and i had to add Metoformin to it because my doc said I was running close to gettting diabetes type II. GH when taken alone decreseases your bodys resistance to insulin.
