Insulin is really cheap and represents the biggest bang for your buck in the game of physique enhancement, seriously educated super advanced bodybuilders stack this hormone with loads of test and GH to form what is known as the magic triangle....... supposedly a holy grail of massdom..... but beware with the biggest return you get the biggest risk..... diabetic coma if proper carbohydrate source and intake aswell as timing and then in turn with how you the individual reacts to this hormone in your body will determine your tolerance etc.....

This is one hormone that you dont want to mess with so be smart, be aware and always let somebody know what you are doing in order to really be on the safe side.

I really really want to use slin but obviously I'm moer nervous.I've done some reading from Anthony Roberts (I'm a big fan) and I like the idea of the method of taking one shot a day (1-2IU's) after workouts. Obviously with plenty carbs, protein and EFA.

Please comment.

Then there was something wrong with the pen, the pen gives SPOT ON doses...

My brothers are both diabetic, and every *ONCE IN A FEW YEARS* they have had it throw out wrong ammount, to test.. you spin it to how many units you want, then squeeze and see the ammount come out, either its very broken or its fine, it doesn't just chose units for you, they have had it where its either shot nothing out, like a drop or allot, way more than they have chosen... so just test it.

00pump you do not need a script for insulin because if a diabetic is in need of it, the pharmasist has to give it to you cause you could die if you don't get it..

personally i think the pens are more accurate than the bottles as it can only inject set amounts that you chose.

Vega, if you were to use insulin, i think do a bit more research and you'll find that using 1-2iu post work out would not cause significant gains and therefore i would say rather not use it. Most people work there way up to 8-10iu very slowly and using 10g of simple carbs per iu.. 60g of dextrose works nicely.

I personally don't see the need in using insulin, it makes you feel like shit and you can't eat properly cause get nauseas..
I did not get the huge maintainable gains that people talk about, and so i think its quite over rated and for the risk involved rather leave it to the guys who are using AAS for a profession and need all the extra help thay can get.

hrm, weird.. but my brothers have to give in their script to dischem every 6 months.... I'm sure if I say, hey hows a box of humalog i'm pretty sure i'm going to get a weird look... as everyone first goes to a doc, and does blood work to get their sugar readings for the last 3 months or 6 months, can't remeber off hand... then they perscribe insulin and work out a short and fast acting ammounts to use based on meals, etc...

hmmm, then again maybe its just the 'submission' for medical aid that is required to be posted at Dischem so their 'cronic' medication is then paid for and not out of a savings....

then on the other side, if I was working at a pharmacy I would sure as hell not give out something as dangerous as slin without a script....

same with my bp tablets, i have to have a script to get it and need to get a new one every 6 months... its a cronic medication and cant even do 'to much harm' taking large doses but they wont give it to me even though its on their system that i have been taking it for a very long time. maybe its different with bp tabs than it is with slin?

anyway, i'll go ask tomorrow when i go collect my medication.

They ask for a script but they cannot deny it to you.. try it and see you might have to plead a bit:)

Dude are you smoking your socks?
You DO need a prescription for slin.

I don't know of any one other than you that get nauseas from using it.

I would agree that you don't get huge gains. but this shit does work.

Well Cirus..
I walked in to a local chemist and brought some, trust me i got some without a script.
A novarapid pen, blue and orange.

Maybe the pharmacist didn't think i was suspect, who knows, but the fact is i still got it!

I wasn't saying insulin doesn't work at all i was just pointing out how i felt wen and after taking it. It was my personal experience and i didn't say that it would happen to everyone if they took it, Me and 2 other guys all got nauseas, it could be from the large amounts of glucose taken with the shot PWO but we all still got nauseas!

What i was getting at is that most people think of insulin as this mighty anabolic power(which im sure wen used in the right combination with other compounds it can be) and they think that they will get massive if they take it, well i was very disapointed when i took it and so i passed on my opinion to the guys asking...

A large amount of glucose can make you nauseas, not the slin.

Slin is a schedule 3 drug so you need a script from at least a GP. (even though the most GPs I came across don't know jack about this stuff.)
That pharmacist is not very bright, if the inspector notice that he hands out drugs with out scripts he will be in deep shit.

Did he give you a single pen or a sealed unit(5 or 6 pens)
They are however allowed to give a small amount(1 pen) without a script in case of an emergency.
