Bacteriostatic water usage

Sup peeps. How long can one use a vial of bac water for peptides once open? Is it true that once you break the seal the sterility is compromised and can basically only be used once and chuck the rest away after? 

A multi-dose vial can be used multiple times as the name suggests. There is no expiry date for BA water. Store it somewhere where it is clean, dry, dark and cool.

So there is usually a 0.2% benzoyl alcohol concentration in the water keeping any bacteria from breeding in there. So that means It will last forever without being compromised.
