Myostatin Inhibitors

Hey guys,

I did search the forum first, last topic regarding this was in 2016, and it really didn't give me much information.

I know YK 11 is said to be a great myostatin inhibitor, but other than that, has anyone here experienced/know of other great inhibitors? (besides green tea and dark chocolate/raw cocoa)


(I'm only going to run my YK cycle after I finish my RAD, so I will only give feedback then)

I only know of the basic - leucine, creatine. I heard YK is not easy on the liver. So take Essentiale with it.

Tren also inhibits it, but that's a different ball game.

Hi Guys.

The reason I have not commented on YK12 is that is has only beem studied in cells in petrie dishes and not on primates or humans. You can try it stand alone and then decide for yourself if it is worth it or not. The guys that I know that have used it used it stand alone first and then stacked it with MK677 and Low dose Testosterone or RAD 140 to unluck the maximum potential.

Hey D-Man, did you end up using YK11?

Rooi- the guys that stacked it with Rad / stand alone, did they mention how effective it was?

3 Guys that I trust and we are close and work together we train at same gym used RAD 10m per Day and Minimum dose YK11 they used for 6 weeks on a lean bulk diet and gained and kept on average 4kg and like I said they kept is after PCT one was follwed the give some time for your body to normalize and hit it again.

Remember if they were so great they would be used in medicine already for muscle wasting diseases. Also you would have major issues if you were pre disposed to cancer as it would increase the rapid acceleration of those cells as well as heart tissue.

Plus you would need to train hard with progressive overload. Youve stated numerous times in threads you are limited to equipment and weights. So you would be better off spending the money on improving your access to proper equipment or weights before going on any of these things
