Wow this is weird timing :S I spent most of the day at the surgeon who fixed my hernia. Post op consultation, gastroscopy etc.

I read through a girl's magazine which was a year old (can't remember the name of the mag but it is from January 2011), and there was a guy claiming that he lost 10kg (in 2 - 3 weeks) which he couldn't accomplish with diet and gym. Also posted his diet which was mostly oats, green leaves, tuna and chicken breasts. He went to a clinic in Sandton who gave him the HCG treatment.

Ive been there done that, i am new to the forum but read through the comments and it is true pills is not going to help if you dont want it so bad you can taste it. i lost weight from 149.8 kg in November 2011 to 110 March 2012 still wanting to loose 10 kg before end April. I am even the Member of the month at Planett Fitness Witbank, The only serious way to do it is to have the correct mindset, eat correctly and hit the gym, i do it 5 times a week for a hour and in this 2 month I lost 62 cm over my body and must say i feel much better. but now i am not loosing weight i am at a standstill and it is 2 weeks now up 1 down 1 so my weight stays the same what can I do now?

Diet is always key to loosing weight, so probably somewhere in your diet you are making a mistake, DJ is amazing with diets, if you like you could request his email address from admin in the contact us page. He does charge a fee but his results speak for themselves.

Don't stress if you have 1 or 2 bad weeks, water weight alone can screw with your scale readings by a couple of kilos and there are loads of variables to consider.
Its clear that whatever you have been doing is effective and you should continue with your current program. Maybe reduce your daily calories very slightly if you really have reached a plateau but please don't try reinvent the wheel. It will just be frustrating for ya.
