been converting these youtube muscleprodigy tv motivational videos to mp3 and loading them onto my ipod. This has revolutionised my workouts.

That body fat reference should be required viewing for newbies posting in the diet section!
How many times have we heard guys say "Yeah I'm, 5,10", around 110 kgs - I got some plastic Toys R Us callipers that say I'm at 10% body fat but I can't see my abs at all and would like a pill to help me lose weight" :blink:
