Genetic superiority was created by VonD
The question is simple how do you know you have the genetics of a champion???

Do you have to be a certain weight at some stage or what?

Very few of us would be discussing the subject on this forum if we were genetic marvels

I held provincial colours in several sports while I was at school, and played rugby for Maties when they were still pretty hot :cheer:

However, I knew from an early age that I'd never be a Springbok. I'll consider myself a champion at 12-14% BF and ~130kg, partially because I have no intention of going on stage.

I guess it depends on your interpretation of a champion, VonD.

i see what you mean.but rugby is different to bodybuilding.lets say there are 10 guys in a line-up what would you look for to say that that guy has what it takes???

Jay was 216pounds at age 19 the people said he had the genetics for bodybuilding. But he was guided on his path all the way.
most guys at 17 train like shit and look shit when they are 19.so now you would say jay has better genetics than the other guy.but in essence jay had help and the other guy did not.

Do you only see you have the genetics when you are contest ready to see he form and type of muscle you have?

If you want to compete on Jay's level, you would see your potential at a pretty early age.

what do you look for in the line up to see the winner?
BALANCE: is the upper body equally developed as lower body
SYMMETRY :is the body incomplete mirror from left to right, it left arm the same size and shape as the right
PROPORTION: does the competitor have small waist, large shoulders and large legs the usual x frame look.
CONDITIONING: is the competitor as lean and hold as little water as possible so that you can see seperation in the muscles ie between the bicep and tricep, the quad and hamstring,as well as seeing the striations of each flexed muscle such as chest, shoulders, legs, triceps etc.
SIZE : is the competitors muscle visually bigger than other competitors.

if you have all of these qualities u will win, i personally think that phil heath does.

I would say Genetic Superiority would be your response to the Chemicals used. Some have better responses than others. Bodybuilding is mostly about Chemicals, used in the right way according to the individual's response.

SPOT ON! I hate it when people blame their kak genetics, but take deca+tren+naps+test+winny+dbol in 1 cycle...No pct. His dick went pap and used a natty test booster to fix it. Eats macdonalds on cycle, gains 16kg and keeps............wait for it......... 2kg! The poor guy blames his genetics for not being able to hold on muscle mass due to his fast metabolism.

BB is all about the juice and your response to it mixed with time and diet and training. Like vonD's status. LOL :P

Lets go!

Koe seems to be spot on in the case of dorian yates... Go take a look at him before he did bodybuilding.. And then look what he became...

In the end most people have a fault... Either you gain size easily but struggle to get conditioned or you are crazy conditioned but struggle to put on size...

There are some freaks though...

At the end of the day, its all about customizing your diet, training and cycles in such a manner that it fits your body's biochemical processes like a condom...

Not everybody is cut out to be a mr.O, but if you bust your ass, believe in yourself and put your mind to it tbere is little that can stop you.

Remember some of the best physiques never won a sandow...
