F off Fat, Correct Dosage?

So the new F#ck off Fat label, is slightly different from my previous batch.

The main concern is the dosage.
Old label states 1 cap upon waking, and 1 cap midday. Not exeeding 2 caps per day.
New label states 1 cap upon waking, Not exeeding 1 per day.

Can someone assist in this matter?
Did they change the dose per cap or did they realise 2 tabs a day is too much?
