Is there an alternative to steroid? was created by beemer
Hi,

I'm sure almost everyone told themselves, in the very beginning, that they intend doing only one cycle, and that's it :) . And I'm sure that eveyone agrees that with the correct cycle planning, eating and training, the results inside and outside gym speak for themselves.

Is it possible to achieve these same results, whether bulking or cutting, from foods and supplements, without using any gear?

Sure... Just buy a lot of cell tech and drink protein shakes

Doing it naturally = having a genetic limit which you cannot pass no matter how good your diet and training is. Let's say you are 21 and you haven't done a cycle before and you've reached 95kg with 11% bodyfat I don't see that you will be able to add more than 3kg yearly which in time will become less and less.

If you are a recreational user steroids are perfectly safe if done correctly and shouldn't be an issue. I don't think its cheating...

Training without gear ain't easy if you've spoilt your body with it

My perception of others taking gear was that they were cheating (taking the easy way out), and now I found myself doing the same thing. I'm even training at a different gym sothat my old gym buddies can't see me transform.

Should I feel bad

I also always thought so, but now I know different...

Summary, you are putting in more effort than ever, more than your buddies, you are taking the time to study steroids and you are sacrificing more (time, monye, and dare I say health) so...
You are putting in more, getting out more...why feel bad for that?
