Well its been a exact year since i joined this forum.I must admit i don't know what would have happened if i had not found it.I was on my way to do a Deca and Winstrol cycle for 10 weeks with no knowledge of pct or test.

I found the site hostile at first but that was just because the guys on here cared enough to steer me away from my own demise.I can see why people use idiotic cycles judging from the advice the "guru's" at the gyms give out to 16 year old guys.I mean when you 16 and a big guy tells you what to use you believe him cause he is big and you want to be too.

I really feel this site is worth more than gold and platinum you can't put a price tag on what we have on this site.Guys giving advice for free helping where they can even when they don't get paid.Guys like 00pump,admin,DJ who have jobs and still spend hours making sure the site is running smoothly and giving advice.

DJ is always there to help with a diet all the post diet related he has helped out and steered guys in the right direction including myself. Thanks for all the sticky's.

Just a last word of thanks to all the okes here for the great vibe and help koe007,vega,stuf,iman,kyle,deadgoat,chapel,jakes(mr.overdose ;) ),jackrabbit,snok,mcj,spike,abc,fakey,ondier,thunderbeast...
If i left you out sorry but you are a lot haha.

Hope you all had a great xmas and a great new year with lots of happiness and syringes.

Nice post bro, and the knowledge will keep flowing through the generations. As the nice thing its documented, so no mistakes with "broken telephone". Nobody and I mean nobody knows it all... There is a big different between being intelligent and wise. And that's something we all need to focus on becoming, wise... Not to steer people in the wrong direction, recommend crazy doses and give advice when we are not sure of long term effects. As much as this is all innocent, its scheduled medication that needs to be properly understood.

Good luck to everyone for their new years goals..

That is what makes a bodybuilder a true bodybuilder, and that is to be simply.....

PURELY DIFFERENT FROM THE REST
