will see when I cut down again

13.5% bodyfat, 14%max currently dude... Gained quality on the equi and test and then came pct... Which didn't do me great.

Im 1.77m. On 10% i still can't see my abs. Carry all my bf around love handles/navel and on back area. DJ will be assiting me in the next 16 weeks (startng 1 Jan) to change all that. Looking to drop down to 6%. If i can't see the abs then, i'll never see them :lol:

I'll also be working with him january. Hoping to go up 5+ kg in lean mass and drop down to below 10% bodyfat, so his work is going to be cut out for him lol.

Guess I carry the fat better because I'm taller
