Possible BP - Advice? was created by MCJ
Ever since saturdays leg training session I have bn struggling with a headache. Not a persistant one. Its when I bend down or get up suddenly. I'm also tired and lethargic and apetite taken a knock.

I hate summer and can't stand the heat so don't know if that's why.

My concern however is high blood pressure and if so how would this impact my training and future cycles?

I'm making an appointment to see my doc tomorrow so he can check BP as well as my kidneys.

I run 10g of creatine daily and also high protein diet so that why I want to check kidneys.

Bp issues run in the family although I haven't had any probs this far. Would this mean the end of steroid cycles as I def can't afford primo like 00pump and jack.

I also have aneurysm that runs in the fam so have to get that checked out too I guess.

EDIT: what I mean is aneurysm runs in the fam and thus far I had no symptoms.

Hey bro, well firstly creatine monohydrate pushes your BP up in a big way, so just stop the creatine for a week, and that dull headaches should go... Are you on a cycle now?

If you do have high BP it might just be acute and just by dropping the creatine and pushing up cardio to 20min a day 5 days a week should also bring it down...

Another thing I find great if you want to avoid going on meds, is get howthorn berry + green tea, and during the day you can also have a cup of chamomile tea, which I find doesn't lower it but lowers stress which also pushes it up. Do you smoke cigaretts?

Anyway, go get it checked and if the doctor wants to put you on something then we can take it from there... Probably if they do put you on something use Zartan 50, which is a low dose but does wonders, you may find just on that low dose you BP drops a little to low with the added cardio, and within a few weeks can move off of it...

But hands down if you have high BP leave the Creatine Mono alone and move to CEE, but leave the CEE even until your body is balanced again...

And there are many ways to control your BP while on a cycle, i'm moving cycles to primo for many other reasons other than the low side effects, I can no longer carry mass so there is no point using highly androgenic steroids.

Thats fine... Just drink loads of water today and leave the creatine out of your supplement stack for the day...
