Dextropropoxyphene availability

Just wondering if anyone knows if DPP (dextropropoxyphene) is still on the shelves or has it been pulled completely.. I am going in for surgery on Friday and I find that synap forte is pretty much the only pain medication that really helps me... I know that Adcock Ingram is fighting the case that was passed to pull it off the market due to scares around increased risk of heart attacks but I'm not sure where we currently are in this case. If anyone knows for certain please let me know or else I need to get myself some morphine on the black market and need a day or two to arrange that.
Thanks.

@bones, no never tried it, but S3, sounds a little to over the counter for my liking <grinz> only kidding, but I see its used as an anti-inflam so that could be very helpful with my recovery...
Thanks.

Haha, my GF also judge the effectiveness of medications by their schedule status... according to her anything below S4 is useless.
