Two years ago I discovered that my T. level was very low (2 vs normal 9 to 24). I identified this because of the disastrous effects on my general wellbeing - joie de vivre GONE :(

I started cypionate 200mg every 2 weeks and felt great! Life worth living again! 6 months later I discovered that my blood pressure had rocketed to 170 over 100 ( 120 over 80 all my life before T.)

Had to use 3 different drugs to get the hypertension under control!

Chemists recently ren out of stock of cypionate so I imported enanthate (250mg/ml) from Aus in 1ml vials. Inexplicably I feel an even greater benefit (quality of life) and my BP dropped to 140/90 so I could drastically reduce the BP drugs.

I have read that Testosterone aromatises into estrogen (which is aparently not good) and wanted to ask the forum how I could further increase my benefit from T. whilst possibly reducing the dosage even further?? Will something like Nolvadex/Arimidex be of benefit and if so what are the risks/side effects??

Your comments and assistance much appreciated!!

Well bud,how does your diet look, this can all add to the high blood pressure as an excess amount of carbs and junk can be causing excess water retention pushing up blood pressure, salt and not enough water intake will do this as well as this will make the body retain water, are u overweight and carry around your mid section? Have u been for a diabetis test recently too?

Neither my diet nor my exercise routine has changed since I started using Testosterone, or since my BP went sky high! For info I eat no junk food whatsoever, use no alcohol and exercise moderately.

Maybe under dosed so your BP has dropped compared to the pharma grade stuff

The cypionate was Pfizer (100mg/ml) and the enanthate is Bayer (250mg/ml) - both by prescription and both pharma grade.

Does anybody have any actual technical advice re dose minimisation and result optimisation?

Thanks anyway.

The only thing that might help you with lowering dose and freeing up more free testosterone would be proviron on cycle, that's the only thing...a dose of 50mg should be sufficient...

Been there, I had 3 different prescriptions for TRT and the Pharmacy's either unable or unwilling to supply.

I have been doing a lot of research on hormonal health. Post your latest test results and we can can take it from there.

We need total Testosterone : SHBG : and free Testosterone levels.

Your SHBG levels are directly related to your estrogen levels.
Increased T levels lowers SHBG,
increased E levels raises SHBG and locks up some of your T and lowers free testesterone.
Only if you have high SHBG levels can you increase free T levels by lowering E levels.
But if your SHBG and Estogen is also low then you will be doing more harm than good by lowering your E levels.

Ovidrel is a good product to boost T production : FSH effect gets the nuts healthy, LH effect starts T production and TSH sorts out the thyroid.
