Gyno Reversal

I first got it at age 14, the Docters kept saying it will go away but it never did, I am 35 now. In my early twenties I ran 3 Test cycles, without PCT (did not know any better) but that did not seem to aggrevate it.
I have been overweight the last couple of years but I have lost it all, but now with my chest taking shape, the puffy nipples are pissing me off to no end.
Letrozole and Nolva. How much? Any ideas? I know there are no guarantees.

If you get rid of the itchy puffy nipple when you first start to feel it in the first week / 2 then you may have been lucky at preventing any small start it might have had...
For you, as the guys said, diet down to single digital body fat, and if its still there, then you need to get rid of it... Everyone is prone to different places for fat store, and just _maybe_ yours is your chest.. However I can have one look at what it looks like and tell you if its 'proper gyno' or just fat store, there is a very different look to the two..
If you want to post up a picture i'll have a look...

I will post some pics though. I suppose a medical aid wont pay for the operation, if you dont mind me asking, how much can I expect to pay?
Secondly I found some studies that says Nolva can do the trick, but not done the way it is done in normal PCT, taken at small doses for 3 to 9 months. It could be nonsense, as it was posted on a forum like this, but if I find it again I will post that too.
First things first, single digit bf.

dryden wrote: Pump apologies for the threadjack but pls explain this soft gyno to me? I've been under the impression that proper gyno is hard and painful. So what you are telling me is that slight puffiness might also be gyno? I'm experiencing this during wk 13 of my 600mg/week Cyp cycle. Should I be concerned with slight puffiness the last week or 2? I thought its par for the course what with water retention and all.
Fix that right away, or it will be a problem, as I said from personal experience if you can rid it in 1 to 2 weeks max, you may be safe.. I have had PROPER gyno, and no 'lump' but extremely low % bodyfat and its still there.. My surgeon said it doesn't always have to be hard, do womans breasts have lumps? I hope not... That is the same with us, once you get that 'breast tissue' / not normal 'fat deposits' only surgery, sorry to say..

john777 wrote: Thanks a lot Pump, I will definately figure out how to post a pic and do it today/tonight. I am afraid though, that I think it is proper gyno as I had it from puberty. I did not know what it was then and went to the doctors many times, they kept saying it will go away. It was very painfull at first playing rugby and especially full contact Karate. There is a lump behind my left nipple, a sure sighn. There is a much smaller one behind the right nipple. But there is also a bit of 'soft' fat that can probably go down some as I loose more weight. I am probably 12/13% bf, but I am still coming down nicely.

No need to post pictures, if you have lumps you 100% have gyno... Using Nolva for long periods of time is extremely dangerous and I wouldn't risk getting cancer over.. Surgery is around 25/35k, it all depends on how long you under for and how severe the operation is...

Professorial Unit of Surgery, Department of Surgery, Nottingham City Hospital, Nottingham NG5 1PB, UK. EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED
AIMS: We aimed to confirm suggestions that Tamoxifen therapy alone may resolve physiological gynaecomastia. METHODS: A prospective audit of the outcome of Tamoxifen routinely given to men with physiological gynaecomastia was carried out at Nottingham. Men referred with gynaecomastia had clinical signs recorded, e.g., type (diffuse 'fatty' or retro-areolar 'lump'), size and possible aetiology. They were offered oral Tamoxifen 20mg once daily for 6-12 weeks. On follow-up patients were assessed for complete resolution (CR), partial resolution where patient is satisfied with outcome (PR) or no resolution (NR). Success was either CR or PR. RESULTS: Thirty-six men accepted Tamoxifen for physiological gynaecomastia. Median age was 31 (range 18-64). Tenderness was present in 25 (71%) cases. Sixteen men (45%) had 'fatty' gynaecomastia and 20 had 'lump' gynaecomastia. Tamoxifen resolved the mass in 30 patients (83.3%; CR=22, PR=
I want to run a Dbol Test E cycle, but I would like to give Nolva a shot at the Gyno first. You obviously know what you are talking about and maybe I am cluching at nothing here, and maybe still the benefits of running Nolva long term outweight the possible benefits, but I am going to give it a go.

you can train about 2+ weeks afterwards.. some say earlier, i find it was to uncomfortable, it also depends how much they cut out.
you only realise how important our pec muscles are when you have the surgery, everything hurts it

I went to the doctor after getting gyno symptoms using that Anaimal Stack.. and he said all looks fine, but I need to see a specialist rather if it keeps on bothering me to so scannes and sh*t - I think it could rather be fat, instead of tissue.. although I still have the sensitive and puffy nipples.. drives me crazy.. but when its cold, it looks 100% perfect!! only when im hot that the nipples get saggy..
You mentioned in one of the previous forums (and for the love of me, I cant remember which one it was, tried to search for it but with no luck)that you can get treatment for gyno in the "doctor's chair", aspecially if its just fat, and can be done by lypo.. I also remember you saying it costs something like R 8000??
Or am I talking absolute Sh*t now, and have mistaken you with someone else's comments, or even read what I wanted to hear??
thanx man for sharing all your knowledge and experience!!
