WPF & NABBA was created by kraz

Can someone please inform me on the comp dates of the above mentioned federations.

I would like to start my prep early this year.

Thanx,

Kraz

Hey Kraz,
The new ME mag has some dates in, not sure if it's these, but have a look.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Nope,

They only have the dates of all the IFBB Comps.

Thanx anyhow.

You can go to www.wpfbodybuilding.co.za for their calendar. Not sure about the NABBA dates.
