I really wanna get off the depro meds so if anybody has got any advice spit it out. Are there any bloods that can be done for depression, you know, check certain things to see if they're in the normal range?

What abou a serious PCT through Doctari while dropping the depro meds at peak test levels and extending that peak for a while longer than usual?
Maybe contact Admin to get to the Doc?
What was it like while you were on cycle?

I spoke to Doc over the phone when I was doing my PCT. He put me on depro meds (well he told me which pills to take), but he couldn't understand why I was suffering from depression. Something in my body is out of balance. Don't know what. I was in my third week of PCT if I remember correctly when I had bloods done and everything was leveling out.
I have never suffered from depression. On cycle I was fine. It was when PCT started that I started having panic attacks and a list of other symptoms. I need the depro meds to function normally. This sucks, cause I was perfectly fine before.

I visited a Specialist Physician for those and he told me a couple of things. 2 directions you can go. I took the one without meds.

By then you will be on a cycle again, take something like dbol to kick it off which gives you a sense of well being.
The thing about depression is its a state of mind, how does a person look when they depressed? They mope around, shoulders down, bummed, miserable. Now the association of the brain can work in complete reverse. Snap out of the state by, lifting your shoulders up, walk tall, only think of positive things, get in some intense cardio (which always increases those endorphins). Go to gold reef and go on a rush of a ride, go to Sun city go catch some waves, etc.
Go research a thing called NLP (Neuro-linguistic_programming) it will help you in no time, and it's easy to use it's techniques. The nice thing about handling it this way is you don't rely on the meds you learn how to program the way you think, and in time it will become part of the unconscious mind and you will have re-programed your brain in how it unconsciously thinks.
The other option is if you a religious guy spend time in prayer that also does wonders for some.
I feel that people who are feeling down and depressed must spend time with people, sitting at home with run away thoughts (as petty as they may seem) changes your physical state. So spend time around people and make sure you only speak about happy things, that boost of serotonin will happen before you know it.
I wouldn't advise drinking when you down, as you need to find a balance now and yes alcohol will give you a short burst of serotonin however it will drop you twice as hard.
Good luck bro

I'm the religious oke. The Bible helped me through my experience - Many thanks to that Dr who pointed me into the right direction. VERY unorthodox to point me away from medicine.

I feel fine, but when I come off the meds I start getting withdrawal symptoms and feeling like shit all over again.

Andrenaline etc racing for no freakin reason at all. Once i raced to emergencies at the hospital thinking i was having a heart attack!
I found myself eventually saying "Ag no F%$^$ it! Not now!" Strangely enough it just slowly went away after that. Use your conscious mind and talk it away. Thats where your control lies.
Once you start reasoning your fears you get a deep understanding that there really isnt anything you should fear.
That was before i started training again after a loong lay off. Gymming just solidified everything.
You can do it!

And you right, people have panic attacks to the point they land in hospital. Learn how to control your breath, that is one of the best ways to lower those anxiety moments. And not allowing your mind to run away but taking control of it.
Thats why I find praying works so well as you in a deep calm state of mind.

Happened to me two years back that both my arms went numb and lost motor skills and couldn't breath. Anxiety is the worst but i have found that self confidence and trust plays a big part too or atlest it did for me in my situation. But it depends the reason behind the anxiety and depression.
