painful pinning!!!!!

wats up people.

tried pinnin in the quad last week for he first time! all went well...was easy as pie. no pain wat so ever. was happy cos thought this is were gonna start pinnin now.
6 hours later....quad starts tightening up. later that night cudnt move the damn thing! quad swelled up almost twice the size and was rock hard and painful! cud not walk for next 2 days! was living on stilpain. most pain i have ever felt and i have cracked open my skull etc. jus comin right 5 days later and boy does it feel good. the right leg though is stil bigger the left though. looks good 2. missed 5 days gym cos of it thou.
by the way pinned 1ml PGW ST. thinking about trying .5ml each leg. wud that reduce pain after???

We've discussed this before and the conclusion was not to inject super-test without mixing it with other oil based steroids as well.
