move my neck in certain way - boom, pulls the nerve.
Shoulder/right side back in pain.
Cant bench - no power. Thats back. I think there is something else going on as well.
Trying the other side of the coin now.

Goodluck oom, my dad has a few of those and it causes some severe pain when it starts to inflame the nerve...
It causes you to have "no power" because it blocks some of the signals from going through the nerve, my dad also has little strength in his left arm. And recently his left leg is starting to lose control because of the same scenario, just lower on the spine.

I doubt the pysio will be much use, especially seen as the diagnosis is the problem. Rather go see an orthopaedic surgeon, just bear in mind he will always lean towards surgical intervention. Other option is to try a different chiro, maybe one with a sports medicine background.

Recons it will come right with time.
I need a good massage anyway. I have a feeling it has a lot more to to with the shoulder than he thinks. I understand reference pains etc, but just maybe he overlooked something in the back shoulder area.
I'm hoping! The Chiro was really good with my arm and he definately knows his stuff.

I remember a hard week with Upper back(Seated Rope rows with elbows high) and extremely heavy and intense Shrugs/Delts. Im almost certain i caused something traumatic to the area.
Hopefully it can be fixed and isn't a run of the mill case of TOS because that would just be the absolute pits!

I have 2 weeks or so left of this cycle and have turned on the taps a few weeks ago regarding my dosing. Started this week in 2ml Sust/1ml Testoviron/1ml PGW Deca EOD.
Must say that i'm seeing renewed vigour and growth.
Want to close this chapter but also want to see the last two weeks through.
Blood Pressure on all this as well as Heat was 133/85 yesterday at the doc.
Would you climb off this train and onto a TRT cycle at this stage or push through?
From a Chiro's perspective.... do you think comming off will have an effect on recovery?
Doc says no need to climb off unless yesterdays Bloods reveal High Red Blood etc.

Healthy living - less drinking and if so wine, and the ever present Legalon - 4/day.
Just had the normal dose! Feeling GREAT except for the pins/needles every now and then.

The numbness is one thing but the fact that it goes with decreased power is another point to be concerned about according to the physio. Thats why i keep going - my chest is taking a back seat at the moment and i hate it.
