Hi guys,

please can you give me some advise to get an accurate body-fat calculation.

is there a way were i can do this at home without all the tools they use at the gym?

Caliper tester, also if you don't know exactly where to measure I wouldn't trust it.. You need to know what you doing to get a correct reading.
