When on a persons profile page, you press "more" at the bottom of all posts, you get directed to your own posts in stead of the profile you are viewing.

Admin whats your thoughts on a member posting pics of him or herself onto their profile as their avatar or in the body transformations forum,i want to do a 3 month transformation and want to post my progress but im just wary,would u recommend blacking out the face in the pic?

don't black out the faces, white the out or crop them.. if you black out a face you can see it in the thumbnail on your pc

on that note i can't upload a new avatar..?

It depends on how much the pic shows, and also how wary you are. Its not illegal to be on this forum, but if for instance you are a pro rugby player, it wouldnt be the best thing to be recognised on here.
If you're an average joe with no major sport star dreams i wouldnt stress too much, i really doubt the cops will try track down one steroid user across the net... Its so much easier to just sit outside a gym eating donuts and nab the first huge guy that walks out
Anyway, my avi is of me... but its not face on so im comfortable with it... Although anyone who's met me would be able to identify me pretty easily

OK sweet im going to make a thread for myself in the body transformations section next week,im just getting complacent and people around me keep telling me im getting big and looking good but thats not what i need i need people to tell me im skinny and look like a piece of shit,thats what motivates me and i know you guys wont hold back on your criticism the difference is most people will criticise to make themselves feel better about themselves by making the other person feel shit,but you guys will criticise me in the hopes of me making myself better.

thanks bones, that was in april at the kzn novice. Put on a bit of size since then, mainly on my legs, but obviously not in quite the same condition

No, it should work.Please give me an example.

Ok this is what i do

1. Click on link icon
2. Copy web address in
3. Click on insert
4. Click submit

But when it shows my post there is nothing.

Is this right or not
