Take it easy - you might faint etc. I would take the day off.
As for AAS - its one of the best things to do to get rid of too many red blood cells.
So its VERY good for YOU.
Dont know so much about the person receiving the blood. I think they are more worried about you injecting stuff and increasing the chance of disease etc. I wont be all that worried to tell you the truth. A little test wont harm anyone.

@ Jackrabbit, they are 10 to 1 going to chuck away his blood after the tested it. They don't even want you to have taken aspirin within a week, if I'm correct. They esp don't want you to have taken antibiotics or any type of anesthetic within a month.
So you most probably won't be doing a good deed to someone, but hey, if you have high blood pressure or too much RBC's like jackrabbit said.

I wouldn't donate blood while on anabolics, if they use it for a blood transfusion for a guy with a damaged kidney or heart condition it wouldn't be the smartest thing.
Rather don't donate until you are clean for a few months, 6+ months.

There is so little in there it wont affect the receiver. My Doc even told me to just donate when the HCrit gets too high.
Its the best blood available i would think. Maybe we can get some other medical advice here?

Okey, so there isnt anything that bad with it. i am not on anabolics and usually have a slightly low bp, was just wondering if say the extra stress on the liver, with all the protein and training wastes, could be bad for you.
But normally I dont find anything bad, or actually good except a free first aid kit or stress ball
, with it.
i have googled it before, a lot of varried opinions, that it is not that cleansing for your system to donate some studies show, but someones gotta donate and I do know if you screw up your diet and get to much iron in you are screwed when you get old. A buddy of mines father almost died, had to donate every day for a week or two to get the iron out of his system
