My first show i will be watching live. Never been to a BB show and from what i hear this is a excellent 1st to go watch

You guys are so lucky for that to be your first show!!! My first show was a couple of years ago at the Gauteng Central Novice and there was four line-ups with only two guys in. The whole show lasted 75 mins.

You must try to attend more shows, its really one of my favorite thing to do.

The first show i ever attended was also the first one i competed in, haha. But since then i watch as many as i can drag my girlfriend to

Great great show, i wanted to compete at it, not even hoping to place top 3 in my class. All the big names will be ther. I have to start bulking and my focus is burnt for this year. Will do the grand prix next year. Thinking bout doing only 2 IFBB shows next year. This is a really big deal show. R10 000 per division and 20000 overall i think. Crazy

Went to watch the show last night and it was impressive. You can see allot of effort went into it. The guy that impressed the most (for me) was Leslie. He is in great condition. The guy have muscles in places on his back where you are not intended to have them. Another guy that impressed was a junior. Not sure of his name, think its Louis Blessinger or something. Really impressive. Dont get me wrong, each and every one on that stage was in great form. Great show!

For his age...SICK. Saw the guy last year..cant believe his size for his age.
Just a q...how long u think he used for and has been training to look like that at under 21?

Ok, but he must have been juicing since what age u reckin to look like that at *20*..
He prob not on this site,he woulda heard it bad if he said he is 20 and this is his cycle...*what u guys think?* lol.
And the whole genetics thing just wont play here thank you very much.lol.
We all just accept it because he looks good? He is big and thats then a thumbs up?
I checked his pics,the guy looks awesome, but at that age..damn man. He has almost the width of leslie. And Leslie is a big oke.
