I was on SuperTest 320 and EQ and lived on Rennies. Off for a month now and the heartburn is gone.
My training partner had exactly the same.

wheat allergys will cause this,do u get bloated, constipated, feel tired? if u do then u could have an allergy, try drop oats and bread/beer/any wheat based products (be carefull of tinned goods as some of them contain wheat based fillers) for at least 4 weeks and see how that goes? i have changed my diet as i suspected this so i swopped out oats for meali-meal and i dont eat bread or any other wheat products, well i have experienced alot of good changes since this has happened.

i did leave the oats a while ago, and did not consume any bread, then as soon as i strated working out, or lift some thing i get it, at other times it's ok.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
