Can anyone recommend a good endocrinologist?

So I have been to my GP twice in the last year. We have done lots of bloodwork and checkups. Covered everything and everything comes back as normal. When i bring up hormones, my GP basically refuses to test for any of these as 'im too young to be having problems with it' and my symptoms don't match.
From my own research hormones seem to have a massive impact on the body, and sort of fit with what Ive been experiencing. This week has been particularly hard and I felt completely burnt out by the end. So I have decided to just persue this issue myself. I realise that most specialists require some sort of referral from a GP, but I am just planning to go see one myself without a referral and plead my case.
The reason I post this here, is that I think members on this board will be more clued up about this sort of thing. I havent done any AAS cycles before.
So, can anyone recommend a good endocrinologist in the JHB area?

Sleek, if your doc isn't willing to help you then simply go to a new doc. I understand when your doc says you are too young but it still has to be tested and ruled out as a possibility.
Out of curiosity, what tests have you had done so far?

Pumped, I don't think Sleek is looking for a steroid cycle. All he wants is for someone to recommend a good endocrinologist. Sleek, Dr SJ Goldburgh is based at Linksfield hospital and I'm sure he would be able to help.

He clearly has been asked about good first cycles so many times that he had that copy paste job ready.
Anyways.

I have done T3, T4, Glucose, Blood pressure, cell count, STD's, B12, Folic Acid, All normal... or so the doc says. They dont distinguish between 'in range' and optimal.
Anyways, I have also done the ALCAT full food panel, and worked with one of their dieticians for an optimal diet. Minimal improvement.
I am obviously suspecting some form of low T or maybe an adrenal imbalance, but again docs seem to only take notice if you're way outside reference range. They don't seem to care that you might have the test level of a 70 year old, cause according to reference ranges... this is 'normal'
So would be nice to work with an endo who has some clue around optimising hormone levels.
