So much of this crap around. Its actually funny. My buddy and i have made a study about this. You can hear the tone in someones voice change when they are about to throw some of those around. Speak louder so that everyone can hear their "brilliance".
The funniest thing is how management falls for this crap. 2 days later you hear what a brilliant developer this oke is.
