doctari i have a question for you,it got to do with my skin,i was extremely over weight at one stage +/-35% body fat at 115kgs size 42 pants,i decided to hit the gym and the diet and lost at one stage 30kgs and got down to 85kgs and size 32 pants, now as much as i am glad i lost all the weight i have some issues where the skin hasnt really tightened up as much as i'd hoped for,so now at the bottom of my belly i have a bit of loose skin as well as around the top of my arms, now the question is there anything i can use or do inorder to get the skin to vacuumed itself to fit my body?(i already use vitamin e oil and nivea skin firming lotion)

also if i lean out (+/- 6% body fat) will the skin shrink and start to fit my frame?

thank you for the help....

Ian

How young are you?
Are you supplementing with oral Vit E and Zinc? And atleast 3gr Vit C a day?
Stretch marks usually heal with time, the skin can \"shrink\" to original size in time. It all depends on how much it was stretched in the first place. Keep in mind that many women have very close to normal skin shrinkage within a year after their pregnancy - it all depends on how much wieght they gained.
A good product to use is Bio-oil.

I have a good Dermatologist friend - will ask his opinion too.
